Reviews
The best store I’ve ever bought an online order from. Lisa has provided a top notch customer service to me. So patient, accommodating, and set the bar high for shops. I will continue to buy all my related products from PRFO. Highly recommended
I bought a set of crank brother pedals from this guys, in a few weeks the pedals were wiggling, this guys never gave me a solution or told me how to claim the warranty, they simply ignored my emails and calls until I lost the interest.
Avoid them**
***ONLINE ORDERING BUYERS BEWARE***
Ordered a helmet, sent me the wrong one. Argued with me via email saying its what I ordered when it's clearly not and now I have to pay $15 to return it. Buyer beware when ordering online. Look at the other reviews here that are 1-3 star, all are online orders with issues and ZERO support.
I'm from the states and they had a hard to find Burton coat in stock. Shopping on the site and check out was super easy. They answered any questions I had right away about customs. The coat was shipped out promptly and arrived only a few days later!! Very fast shipping! Overall great experience and super happy with the Coat.
I bought a brand new pair of skis from PRFO and they arrived in the southwestern US like 3 days later. Including shipping it cost me less than half of what any store in the states was charging. I hadn't heard of this place before stumbling upon their website while looking up ski reviews last week, and I was honestly halfway worried that it was a scam because the deal was so good - now that the skis are here it almost feels like cheating.
Great products and excellent customer service! Knowledgeable staff, I received great advice to choose a rain jacket. The pricing was extremely competitive. Thanks again.
1 star is for the customer service. Since PRFO doesn't manufacture its products and the only service it can offer is customer service, which is bad, this 1 star is for PRFO.
I have a problem with expired reward points, ticket #39976. I contacted customer service via email immediately after I found my points expired 2 weeks ago, but the customer service representative had a very harsh attitude and did not provide any useful assistance or advice. When I tried to seek help from another customer service representative, he claimed to be responsible for customer service. I even questioned whether I contacted the customer service department or the customer debate department.
Here is a reminder for other customers:
1. The reward points on PRFO have an expiration date. This information is not in the "How it works" section for points, nor in "MULTIPLE WAYS TO EARN POINTS & SAVE." Even if you click on "Points FAQ," you still won't find this expiration date information. It's hidden within the collapsed accordion of "Points FAQ." Carefully look for it, click on this accordion, scroll to the bottom of the page, and then click on the collapsed answer - bingo, you've finally found this information! PRFO's goal is to inform you that you can earn points by shopping here and they hope you shop here instead of at other stores. However, they don't want you to know that these points have an expiration date.
2. Your points will not receive any reminders when they are about to expire, unlike other online stores that have reward point with expiration dates. If you are an old customer of PRFO, they hope you forget about your points until they expire and get deleted, so you won't actually use them.
3. Check Google reviews, and you'll see that most of the negative reviews for this store are related to poor customer service. I genuinely don't recommend shopping at PRFO because, when faced with a need for after-sales service, I don't believe they can provide satisfactory service.
Edited after PRFO's response to my review on October 16, 2023:
My request to transfer my case to someone other than the customer service manager has not received a response or any replies. Now, you're expressing apologies in Google reviews? Why couldn't you be as polite in our case communication emails?
It's been several days since I submitted my case, and from the point where the customer service manager argued that PRFO has no responsibility, have you not conducted an internal investigation yet? Why are you responding in Google reviews instead of communicating with me through the customer service channel?
Regarding loyalty points, my points expired before I even knew there was an expiration date, which is PRFO's responsibility to inform the customer about, not hide it in a collapsed FAQ. I intentionally accumulated points for winter purchases of skiing equipment, not because my account was inactive for a year. Within two weeks of discovering my points were deleted, I contacted you in an attempt to resolve the issue. Have you offered an apology for not clearly stating this important expiration information on the website? Have you done anything to make amends for the mistake other than arguing with your customer?
Expiration information is crucial, so why is it hidden in the FAQ? The information on how the points work on the website is indeed clear in the "how it works" section, and it did not raise any doubts in my mind; why would I deliberately check the FAQ? Even when you click on the "Rewards FAQ" link at the bottom of the page, the opened page appears as follows. If you don't know it's a collapsed accordion, you would think there is no content available at the moment. Why is the "How it works" information not placed in the collapsed accordion? Why isn't "MULTIPLE WAYS TO EARN POINTS & SAVE" in a collapsed accordion? Why are points with an expiration date hidden in a collapsed accordion?
I don't sense any apologies from your side. My case is still open, with no follow-up responses. Please help me with my current case first before 'helping me in the future'.
PRFO is the spot for your ski/snow bike/hike gear, the staff is extremely friendly that you’ll immediately feel at home. They have a wide range of brand and they are ready to answer all of your questions. I would strongly recommend.
